Screen Bolt is a one-time purchase. If it isn't the right fit, you can get your money back — no negotiation, no forms.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Request a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason. We don't ask why, and we don't make you prove it didn't work.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at hi@smartspreadsheets.co with the order number or receipt from your purchase. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned through the original payment method.

What Happens to Your License

Once a refund is issued, the license key is deactivated. Screen Bolt will revert to the free tier the next time the app checks in (this can take up to a week if you're offline). Any recordings or projects you've already exported are yours to keep.

After 14 Days

We'll still consider refund requests outside the 14-day window — write in and tell us what's going on. Outcomes vary, but we won't ignore you.

Try Before You Buy

Screen Bolt has a permanent free tier. You can record, edit, and export with a watermark, up to 720p, and without GIF export. The full feature set is identical to the paid version aside from those limits, so you can confirm the app fits your workflow before paying.
